jijibd Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings ascribed to them below, unless the context otherwise requires.

Access to jijibd and participation in any real-money game, sports bet, or promotional offer is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while maintaining an Account.

2.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an Account or place any wager on the Platform. jijibd enforces this requirement at the point of registration via mobile number OTP verification and reserves the right to request additional age-verification documentation (such as a National Identity Card or passport) at any time. Players who provide false information regarding their age will have their Account closed and any balance — including winnings — will be forfeited in full.

2.2 Personal Capacity

By creating an Account, you confirm that you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party. You further confirm that you are not subject to any court order, legal prohibition, or contractual restriction that would prevent you from entering into a legally binding agreement with jijibd.

2.3 Jurisdiction

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform. jijibd does not accept registrations from players who are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited under applicable law. Access to the Platform from such a jurisdiction constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.

2.4 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one active jijibd Account. Creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes Prohibited Conduct and will result in all associated accounts being suspended pending investigation. jijibd reserves the right to void all bets placed from duplicate accounts and to retain any balances held therein.

3.1 Registration Information

When creating a jijibd Account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your National Identity Card (NID) or passport, a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh, a valid email address, and your date of birth. You agree to update your Account information promptly if any of these details change.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jijibd login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes generated for your Account. jijibd strongly recommends enabling 2FA on your Account and selecting a password that is unique to the Platform and not reused across other services.

You must notify jijibd support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. jijibd will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the Player failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials or failed to report a suspected breach in a timely manner.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

jijibd reserves the right to request KYC documentation from any Player at any time, including but not limited to: before processing the first withdrawal, when a Player's cumulative withdrawals exceed a specified threshold, or when unusual account activity is detected. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or the closure of the Account.

Acceptable KYC documents include: Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or driving licence. Proof of payment method (such as a screenshot of the bKash or Nagad account registered to the Player) may also be requested.

3.4 Account Security Best Practices

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your Account security settings.
• Never share your login credentials with another person, including jijibd staff. jijibd will never ask for your password.
• Log out of your Account on any shared or public device after each session.
• Use a strong, unique password that combines upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Review your Account transaction history regularly and report any discrepancies to jijibd support within 30 days of the transaction date.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

jijibd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, Sonali Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the Cashier section of your Account.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the Player's Account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 hours to be reflected in the Account balance, depending on the processing times of the issuing bank.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted to bKash and Nagad accounts are ordinarily processed within approximately 15 minutes during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time). Withdrawal requests to bank accounts are processed within 1–3 business days. All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. jijibd reserves the right to perform additional due diligence checks before approving any withdrawal request, which may extend the processing time in individual cases.

4.4 Payment Method Matching

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by jijibd's payments team following a formal request. This policy exists to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and to protect Players against fraudulent withdrawal attempts. jijibd will not process withdrawals to payment accounts registered in the name of a third party.

4.5 Currency

All Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and winnings are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). jijibd does not currently offer multi-currency accounts. If a transaction is initiated from a foreign- currency payment source, any applicable conversion fees will be borne by the Player.

4.6 Transaction Fees

jijibd does not charge Platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, individual payment providers (bKash, Nagad, banks) may apply their own transaction fees as per their published tariffs. jijibd accepts no liability for fees charged by third-party payment processors.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

jijibd offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are governed by these general Terms & Conditions as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion, which will be published on the relevant promotion page.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the promotion details. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, contribution percentages, time limit, and maximum convertible bonus amount will be stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms. As a general guide:

• Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements.
• Live casino table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) typically contribute between 5% and 20% toward wagering requirements.
• Sports bets placed with bonus funds must typically reach minimum odds of 1.50 (decimal) per selection to count toward wagering requirements.
• Crash games (Aviator, JetX) contribution rates are specified per promotion.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

jijibd actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, coordinating wagers with other players to guarantee outcomes (collusion), placing bets on opposing outcomes across multiple accounts to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, and any other strategy that jijibd determines in its reasonable discretion to be in bad faith. jijibd reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close the Account of any Player found to have engaged in bonus abuse.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from the Player's Account without further notice. The validity period begins from the moment the bonus is credited to the Account, not from the date the Player next logs in.

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

jijibd reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet or wager at its reasonable discretion, without being required to provide a specific reason. This right may be exercised in response to, but not limited to: suspicion of match-fixing or manipulation, unusually large individual wagers, or account-level patterns that indicate abuse or Prohibited Conduct.

6.2 Errors & Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or human error that results in an incorrect odds display, an erroneous game outcome, or an incorrect credit to a Player's Account, jijibd reserves the right to void the affected bets and correct the Account balance. jijibd accepts no obligation to honour bets placed on the basis of obviously erroneous odds or game states. A Player who becomes aware of an error during a gaming session is obliged to cease play and contact jijibd support immediately.

6.3 Sports Betting — Settlement

Sports betting markets on jijibd are settled using official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board for BPL matches, the International Cricket Council for ICC events, FIFA for football fixtures). In the event of a dispute regarding the official result, jijibd's decision — based on the governing body's published outcome — shall be final. In-play bets accepted after an event's official conclusion (due to a feed delay) will be voided and stakes returned.

6.4 Game Integrity

All casino games on jijibd use random number generation (RNG) technology supplied and certified by the respective game providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. jijibd does not modify RTP settings or intervene in any game outcomes. Published RTP values are those certified by independent testing laboratories engaged by the relevant game provider.

6.5 Responsible Gaming During Play

Players are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available in their Account settings — including deposit limits, session time reminders, and cooling-off periods — to ensure that gaming remains an enjoyable and controlled activity. The following actions constitute Prohibited Conduct on jijibd and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where jijibd considers it necessary or is legally obliged to do so:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification, including misrepresentation of age.
• Creating more than one Account (whether using your own details or details belonging to another person).
• Accessing jijibd from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is unlawful under applicable local law.
• Using automated scripts, bots, software agents, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the Platform or to place bets.
• Colluding with other players — including sharing Account access, coordinating bets across multiple accounts, or any other form of cooperative play designed to circumvent game fairness.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software, including deliberately continuing to play after becoming aware of a malfunction rather than reporting it to jijibd support.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using jijibd as a mechanism to transfer funds between payment accounts with no genuine intent to gamble.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jijibd staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming restriction, self-exclusion, or cooling-off period that has been applied to your Account at your own request or by jijibd.
• Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any jijibd proprietary content — including game assets, odds data feeds, or platform source code — without prior written authorisation from jijibd.

Where jijibd identifies suspected Prohibited Conduct, it reserves the right to suspend the Account immediately, freeze any pending withdrawals, and conduct an investigation. During an investigation, jijibd will endeavour to act reasonably and to communicate with the Player via their registered contact details. Where the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms & Conditions, jijibd may terminate the Account and retain any funds held therein to the extent permitted by applicable law.

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your jijibd Account at any time by contacting jijibd support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, jijibd will process any outstanding withdrawal of your Real Money Balance (subject to KYC verification and these Terms & Conditions) and close your Account within a reasonable timeframe. Any unused Bonus Balance at the time of closure will be forfeited.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by jijibd

jijibd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its reasonable discretion, including in the following circumstances: confirmed breach of these Terms & Conditions; failure to pass KYC verification within the required period; Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months; receipt of a court order or law enforcement instruction; or reasonable suspicion of fraud, Prohibited Conduct, or AML risk.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

An Account is considered inactive if the Player has not logged in for a period of 12 consecutive months. jijibd will notify the Player via their registered contact details before applying an inactivity status. Inactive accounts may be subject to an administrative fee deducted from the Real Money Balance on a monthly basis, as specified in the applicable fee schedule published in the Account settings section. Players may reactivate an inactive Account by logging in and completing any required KYC update.

8.4 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of between 6 months and 5 years, or a permanent self-exclusion, via their Account settings or by contacting jijibd support. During a self-exclusion period, the Account will be restricted from all real-money gameplay and promotional communications. jijibd will make reasonable efforts to prevent the Player from creating a new Account during the self-exclusion period but accepts no liability for any account created through provision of false information. All content on the jijibd Platform — including but not limited to the jijibd brand name and logo, website design, user interface elements, marketing copy, game thumbnails, odds data compilations, and any other materials developed by or on behalf of jijibd — is the exclusive intellectual property of jijibd or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and database rights.

By using the Platform, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view the Platform's content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, redistribute, sublicense, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of jijibd.

Game content made available on the Platform — including graphics, sounds, mechanics, and mathematical models — belongs to the respective game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others) and is subject to their own intellectual property rights. jijibd makes no claim to ownership of third-party game provider content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jijibd's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with their use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jijibd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any loss resulting from a Player's reliance on information published on the Platform.

jijibd does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, third-party service outages (including payment processor downtime), and events outside jijibd's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific features thereof. jijibd will endeavour to communicate planned maintenance periods in advance via its website or registered Player contact details.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

jijibd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it significantly affects Players' rights or obligations — jijibd will provide at least 7 days' advance notice by publishing the updated Terms & Conditions on this page and, where practicable, by sending a notification to Players via their registered email address or mobile number.

The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this document will be updated each time a new version of the Terms & Conditions is published. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 8.1 above.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. jijibd recommends bookmarking this page and checking it whenever you receive a notification of an update or before making a significant deposit or wager.

12.1 Informal Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute arising from your use of jijibd, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance — available 24/7 via live chat or at [email protected]. jijibd aims to resolve Player complaints within 48 hours of receipt. Providing full details of the issue, including relevant transaction IDs, screenshots, and the date and time (BST) of the relevant event, will help jijibd resolve your complaint as quickly as possible.

12.2 Formal Dispute Process

If a complaint cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, either party may escalate the matter to formal dispute resolution. jijibd will respond to formal written complaints submitted to [email protected] within 14 calendar days with a final written position.

12.3 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to jijibd's operating entity. Players accessing jijibd from Bangladesh acknowledge that they do so subject to the laws of their own jurisdiction, and that it remains their personal responsibility to ensure their use of the Platform complies with those laws.

12.4 Language of Agreement

These Terms & Conditions are written in English, which is the official language of agreement between the Player and jijibd. In the event of any translation being made available for convenience purposes, the English version shall prevail in all cases of ambiguity or conflict.
